Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC WORK UPDATE — Don Robb and Brian Degen addressed the Board regarding <br /> the proposed development along Highway 281 and Guenther Road. This is in the 2- <br /> mile jurisdiction of the city and Don expressed concern that the county should have <br /> been notified. There is a lot of traffic, and he suggested that there should be a tuning <br /> lane to help handle the traffic. Brian suggested that this should be addressed when <br /> they start the development. Discussion was held to contact the developer. Karen also <br /> noted that the county would be responsible for the culverts and driveway permits. <br /> 10. JON ROSENLUND - DISUCSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR LAND MOBILE RADIO ASSET SHARING — Jon <br /> Rosenlund explained that this is an interlocal agreement with Nebraska office of the <br /> chief information officer (OCIO), the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD), the <br /> systems Operating Group and Hall County. This agreement is to share certain land <br /> mobile radio assets. This allows the users to operate on the Statewide Radio system. <br /> Each party will be responsible for maintaining their licenses and cost or replacement of <br /> equipment. This will benefit all parties. He noted an example when the State patrol has <br /> issue with reception in certain areas and by sharing the towers it will benefit them. <br /> This will also need to be signed by the city. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the interlocal agreement <br />
