DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVEE THE 1- & 6-YEAR COUNTY <br /> ROAD PROGRAM AND PLACE ON FILE FORM 11 FOR 2025-2026 AND <br /> AUTHORIZING BOARD CHAIR TO SIGN RESOLUTION #26-006 FOR 1 & 6 <br /> PROGRAM-Richardson made a motion to approve 1 & 6 and place on file and authorize <br /> board chair to sign, Sorensen seconded the motion. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 19. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING COVID/ARPA FUND-Janet <br /> O'Malley stated they are down on the last of the ARPA funds, the only thing left is the <br /> admin costs and that will be paid in June at the end of budget year. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS-Bredthauer stated they had a meeting <br /> regional planning there are some lots over by Jack rabbit run and will be used for <br /> storage, so they did sub divide those. Sterling apartments are adding 120 more units off <br /> Capital Ave. so more housing will be available. <br /> Quandt stated he went to an auction there were some samples of oils east of town he <br /> asked the health department to look into it he stated some of the test wells didn't look <br /> like the best of water. Quandt stated they had a letter they received from the Veterans <br /> club park board regarding the veteran's flagpole, he stated he just wants it done and <br /> done correctly, and it is moving in right directions. <br /> 5-minute break was held at 11:06 p.m. <br /> CLOSED SESSIONS- Sorensen made a motion Lancaster seconded to go into closed <br /> session for Item #7 BOE, Item #5 and item #25. Peterson stated there are two reasons <br /> to go into closed session to prevent harm or injury to an individual or to protect the public <br /> interest. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all <br /> voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 5.
