I2 <br /> Forsberg Traveling Exhibit Development <br /> A motion was made by Lisa Thayer and seconded by Katie Goering to move forward with the <br /> development of a traveling exhibition with Michael Forsberg. <br /> Buildings and Grounds Committee <br /> Chris Hochstetler and Bryan Roberts gave report. <br /> Church siding bids: <br /> ABC Seamless Siding-- $84,156 <br /> J-Tech Construction--$36.014 <br /> Bids from both companies to side the church with steel siding were reviewed. It was noted the bid from J- <br /> Tech Construction did not include siding for the soffit or fascia. <br /> A motion was made by Kyle Overturf and seconded by Katie Goering for additional clarification on the <br /> work to be performed and materials covered in the bids be obtained to explain the disparity of the two <br /> bids. Motion carried. Mr. Hochstetler will gather the requested information. <br /> Collections Committee <br /> Lisa Thayer gave report. <br /> Deaccession and Disposition <br /> Motion made by Kris Nolan Brown and seconded by Kyle Overturf to approve the 93 items presented on <br /> the January 2026 Deaccession List: auction(71 items), destruction(18 items), and transfer(4 items). <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Education Committee <br /> Emily Byerly gave report. <br /> Interest in the courses offered for the Winter Learning Institute is greater than that of previous years. <br /> Planning has begun for Summer Adventures. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> A motion was made by Kyle Overturf and seconded by Katie Goering to enter Executive Session at <br /> 7:23 a.m. <br /> Executive Session concluded ended at 8:12 a.m. No vote was taken while in Executive Session. <br /> Executive Director Comments <br /> Due to time constraints, Mr. Hochstetler refrained from presenting his Executive Director Comments. <br /> Foundation Report <br /> Due to time constraints, no report was received from the Foundation. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mr. Maser adjourned the meeting at 8:12 a.m. <br /> Respectfully recorded by <br /> Dustin Butler, Business Controller <br />
