If approved they could build larger homes and outbuildings up to 12,000 <br /> square feet, these are 3 acre lots. Regional Planning held a public hearing on March <br /> 12, 2025, for the preliminary plat, and the proposed zoning change and made a <br /> recommendation for approval. If the board approves there will be a new subdivision <br /> agreement. <br /> Zack Butz attorney brought him in for the second phase. Their customers wanted more <br /> so that is why they are back requesting the amendment. They had a good turnout at <br /> the planning commission hearing. The project is still moving forward the only change is <br /> the buildable size to 2,000 square feet and that will not cause any determent regarding <br /> the drainage. He said they are seeing neighbors use the area. <br /> Peterson called for question. <br /> Dave Starostka manager for BKLG LLC was present and ask if there were any <br /> questions. No one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to close the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richrdson and Sorensen all voted yes <br /> and no one voted no.
