17.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE USING THE IT BUDGET FOR <br /> THE NEVCAP VICTIM NOTIFICATION INTERFACE — Lancaster sated she discussed <br /> this with Stacey Ruzicka and questioned if this could be taken from the ARPA funds but <br /> Stacey recommended to keep it in the IT budget for better tracking for any <br /> reimbursements. If there is a concern on the budget it could be addressed later using <br /> miscellaneous general funds <br /> Lancaster made a motion and ??? seconded to keep the victim notification interface in <br /> the IT budget. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 19. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING LITIGATION (SHERIFF CONRAD) <br /> 20. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING FACILITY SECURITY (LANCASTER) <br /> 20 C) EXECUTIVE SESSION — PERSONNEL (CARSTENSEN) <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session regarding <br /> litigation, facility security and personnel. Chair Peterson stated that there are two <br /> reasons for an executive session to protect the public interest and to prevent needless <br /> harm or injury to an individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Held a five minute break. <br /> 19. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING LITIGATION (SHERIFF CONRAD) <br /> Held executive session from 10:48 a.m. to 11:13 a.m. <br /> 2 A) EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING FACILITY SECURITY (LANCASTER) <br /> Held executive session 11:13 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. <br /> 20 C) EXECUTIVE SESSION — PERSONNEL (CARSTENSEN) <br /> Held executive session 11:25 a.m. to 11:1 a.m. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Chair Peterson stated there were no other subjects discussed no votes were taken and <br /> no action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chair Peterson stated that there is no action to be taken from the executive session. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS - Bredthauer reported that they are <br /> still looking for volunteers for the Harvest of Harmony parade volunteers are hard to <br /> find. <br /> 9 <br />
