Building was submitted for $1,724.50. Discussion was held where to pay this from ad it <br /> was suggested to use the ARPA fund or lost revenue funds for the court projects. <br /> FACILITIES UPDATE — Loren stated that he will have update from Derek Kofschwar the <br /> engineer regarding the Administration HVAC project in 2 weeks. <br /> 15. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE A PLAN TO RETURN/SELL <br /> VACUUMS CLEANERS PURCHASED BY THE BUILDING & GROUNDS DEPT. FOR <br /> CUSTODIAL DUTIES Mr. Humphrey stated he sent an Email regarding that the school <br /> wants to purchase all of the vacuums he is going to keep 2 for backup. <br /> FACILITIES UPDATE - Mr. Humphrey handed out information to the board regarding <br /> his staff meeting. He stated that he is scheduling these meetings to stay ahead of the <br /> necessary safety issue in all of the buildings and to keep the staff updated. He also is <br /> asking the staff if they see any safety issues to report them to the office in writing. <br /> He noted that fire extinguishers are to be inspected monthly and it is easy to forget <br /> them. He started the meeting last week and will do them quarterly. It is important to be <br /> proactive and catch safety issues before they happen. <br /> Richardson stated this is a great idea and also to have the issue in writing. She <br /> thanked him for the information. <br /> Discussion was held on 2 claims and one is for nitro gloves and the claim of Johnny's <br /> Lock and Key was for the locks at the park they requires special metal because the <br /> doors are heavy. People beat up the doors. <br /> Discussion was held if this was an overlap on the safety meetings and those meetings <br /> address the work comp issues. <br /> 8.10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR GNS CORPORATION GET N SPLIT FOR <br /> CLASS D LIQUOR LICENSE Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to open <br /> the public hearing Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> This is for the upgrade to the current liquor license for Get N Split. <br /> Chair Peterson called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to close the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9. DISCUSS & APPROVE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GNS CORPORATION FOR GET N <br /> SPLIT Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the upgraded liquor <br /> license for Git N Split.
