Quandt stated this has been discussed for 20 years and they could not use certain <br /> funds but they will be able to use the ARPA funds for this. <br /> Sheriff Conrad said he is trying to get all of the numbers what it will cost for Corrections <br /> and the Sheriff's Departments, you can't leave people out. He said he has also talked to <br /> the rural fire departments. He said this will be a big number. Doug said that they will <br /> still be able to talk to the analog radios with the new radios. <br /> Quandt ask if the city would change could we still talk to them and they would still be <br /> able to communicate they could tie into Wi-Fi or other systems. <br /> Lancaster stted this is a safety issue and we still have time to consider some of these <br /> big items this will be huge dollars. <br /> Quandt thanked Mr. Brown for all of his of his work on the homecomings for the <br /> veterans. <br /> 4. 9:30 A.M. Motion carried. <br /> Loren Humphrey was present and stated that this is a renewal for the conditional use <br /> permit he looked at the site and it looks good and they have a nice office area.
