Held a 5 minute break <br /> 26. EXECUTIVE SESSION UPDATE DAVE TAYLOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into executive session. Peterson <br /> stated there are 2 reasons for an executive session to prevent needless harm or injury <br /> to an individual or to protect the public interest. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Held executive session from 10:53 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Peterson stated that there were no other subject discussed no votes were taken and no <br /> action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Bredthauer reported on the Regional <br /> Planning Commission meeting there was discussion regarding Harmony Hall but there <br /> are no sewer lines and concern from the public that it is too close to homes. Will see <br /> how the City Council reacts. <br /> She also reported on the Opied response meeting and there is a problem in Grand <br /> Island it is getting worse there is also problems with phenintenol. She also reported that <br /> the St Francis Patient Advocacy program donate $9.6 million in 347 patients were <br /> supported with medical assistance. <br /> Chair Peterson reminded the board that there is the joint health department meeting <br /> Monday and we have been ask to wear masks. <br /> Regular meeting adjourned the board will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. for the final action on <br /> the 2022 property tax protests. <br /> /1//; <br /> .„ ",,,c \ <br /> Marla J.
