Section 2.03D <br /> 2.03.119DAIRY FARM shall mean any place or premises upon which milk is produced for sale or other distribution. <br /> 2.03.120DANCE HALL(see Ballroom) <br /> 2.03.1201 DATA CENTER A data center or other facilities used to house computer systems and associated <br /> components, such as telecommunications and storage systems, coding systems, power supplies and systems <br /> or mana_in• sroser , er ormance (including generators), and equipment used for the transformation <br /> transmission, distribution or management of electricity (including substations), internet-related equipment <br /> and services, data communications connections, environmental controls and security devices, structures and <br /> site features and related uses. <br /> 2.03.121 DENSITY shall mean the number of dwelling units per gross acre of land. <br /> 2.03.122DEVELOPER shall mean any person, corporation, partnership, or entity that is responsible for any <br /> undertaking that requires a building or zoning permit, conditional use permit or sign permit. <br /> 2.03.123 DEVELOPMENT shall mean any manmade change to improved or unimproved real estate, including but not <br /> limited to buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation, or drilling <br /> operations for which necessary permits may be required. <br /> 2.03.124 DEVELOPMENT AREA shall mean an area of land that may or may not have been subdivided that contains <br /> three(3)or more homes per nine(9)acres. <br /> 2.03.125DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN(See Site Plan) <br /> • <br /> 2.03.126DEVELOPMENT REVIEW shall mean the review, by the county of subdivision plats, site plans, rezoning <br /> requests, or permit review. <br /> 2.03.127 DOG KENNEL(See Kennel,Commercial; and Kennel, Private) <br /> 2.03.128 DOMESTIC ANIMALS(See Household Pet.) <br /> 2.03.129DOWNZONING shall mean a change in zoning classification of land to a less intensive or more restrictive <br /> district such as from commercial district to residential district or from a multiple family residential district to <br /> single family residential district. <br /> 2.03.130 DRAINAGE WAY shall mean any depression two feet or more below the surrounding land serving to give <br /> direction to a current of water less than nine months of the year, having a bed and well-defined banks. In the <br /> event of doubt as to whether a depression is a watercourse or drainage way, it shall be presumed to be a <br /> watercourse. <br /> 2.03.131 DRIVE-IN FACILITY shall mean an establishment where customers can be served without leaving the <br /> confinement of their vehicle. <br /> 2.03.132 DRIVEWAY shall mean any vehicular access to an off-street parking or loading facility. <br /> 2.03.133 DUMP shall mean a place used for the disposal, abandonment, discarding by burial, incineration, or by any <br /> other means for any garbage, sewage, trash, refuse, rubble, waste material, offal or dead animals. Such use <br /> shall not involve any industrial or commercial process. <br /> 2.03.134 DUPLEX shall mean the same as "Dwelling,Two(2)Family". <br /> 2.03.135DWELLING shall mean any building or portion thereof which is designed and used exclusively for <br /> residential purposes,excluding mobile homes. <br /> 2.03.136DWELLING, MANUFACTURED HOME shall mean a factory-built structure which is to be used as a <br /> place for human habitation, which is not constructed or equipped with a permanent hitch or other device <br /> allowing it to be moved other than to a permanent site, which does not have permanently attached to its body <br />
