DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT <br /> TRANSFERS & BUILDING & LAND TRANSFERS FOR 2022 — 2023 - the audit <br /> committee met and reviewed the transfer requests. Board Assistant Kim Dugan read <br /> the list of the requests that were approved for the Equipment Reserve fund. <br /> The Building & Land Improvement request from the Election Commissioner for <br /> $7,000.00 for carpet was not approved because it was easier to just budget for it in the <br /> building and land fund. <br /> There were 2 projects that did not qualify and the sheriff's cars were put in the <br /> equipment acquisition fund. <br /> Passport equipment reserve fund were reallocated for a copier total amount was <br /> $380.00. <br /> Corrections reallocated funds of $33,000.00 for a skid steer <br /> Building inspector budgeted $5,000.00 for the future purchase of a vehicle. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve the Equipment and <br /> Reserve and Building and Land fund transfers for 2022 - 2023 fiscal year.
