Motion carried. <br /> Lancaster ask if they could have a copy of the budget. <br /> Lancaster personal cost are high <br /> B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE 22-23 BUDGET FOR <br /> CENTRAL DISTRICT HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR $125,450 — Peterson ask that this <br /> item be tabled. He wants to look at the numbers it is a 10% increase and he noted that <br /> they have other sources of revenue. They are requesting to add staff and he would like <br /> a better understanding of the increases. <br /> Lancaster noted that the personnel costs are high. <br /> 5 C) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE 22-23 BUDGET FOR FIRST LIGHT <br /> (CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER) FOR $7,000 <br /> 5D) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE 22-23 BUDGET FOR ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR $40,000 <br /> 5E) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE 22-23 BUDGET FOR REGION 3 <br /> BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR $179,167.84 <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Richardson seconded to approve the budget request for First <br /> Light for $7,000, Economic Development for $40,000, and Region 3 Behavioral Health Services <br /> for$179,167.84. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all <br /> voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 8. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION #22-029 REGARDING <br /> ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE HALL COUNTY CLERK BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR 2021 2022 -there was a health insurance change from single to family so the budgeted <br /> amount was short. Lancaster made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve Resolution <br /> #22-229 to increase appropriations for the Hall County Clerk's budget. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION <br /> #22-030 PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE HALL COUNTY <br /> EXTENSION BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 — 2022 -the extension office also had a <br /> change in their health insurance and there was an increase in the utilities. Bredthauer made a <br /> motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution #22-030 for the extension office budget. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no <br /> one voted no.
