This property is located <br /> along the Platte River and was subdivided in 1990. There is a private road and the <br /> original plan would allow 20 houses on the property. Ann Werner would like to build a <br /> home on 3 of the lots and eliminate a cul-de-sac that was not used. To do this they <br /> have to go through the rezoning process. It also complies with the 2000 plan. This will <br /> reduce the number lots of homes by 2 and eliminate the cul-de-sac. APPROVE FINAL PLAT & RESOLUTION FOR PUD FOR WILD ROSE RANCH <br /> ESTATES SUBDIVISION — Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve <br /> Resolution #22-027 for the planned unit development for Wild Rose Ranch Estates <br /> Subdivision.
