9:05 A.M. Held Board of Equalization meeting <br /> 9:17 A.M. recessed the Board of Equalization meeting to hold the executive session <br /> later. <br /> 7. UPDATE PUBLIC DEFENDER SOFTWARE CONTRACT - Deputy County Attorney <br /> Sarah Carstensen ask that this be held in executive session. <br /> 8. UPDATE COUNTY ATTORNEY SOFTWARE — Deputy County Attorney Sarah <br /> Carstensen stated that they have had few challenges with the discovery part of the <br /> software. Frequently this will be large amount of information like videos that they want <br /> to push out to defense attorneys. This is a separate piece of the program that they have <br /> not received. <br /> Sarah stated that this saves a lot of time because they do not have to do double entry <br /> and the attorney's and staff like the program. Sheriff Conrad said the Spillman program <br /> and Karpel were not talking together but that has been taken care of and it works well. <br /> Sarah said they currently do not have the interface with the justice program. They do <br /> not have the interface for the electronic citation program they do not use this yet. <br /> 19 FACILITIES UPDATE — Mr. Humphrey stated that there was some concern on the <br /> pump stations at the Central Nebraska Airport they put the pump station down another <br /> 14 feet for the dewatering. He also stated that a pay request was sent to the city. The <br /> project is moving along well and they do not have any change orders yet. <br /> Lancaster ask if the expenses are tracking and Loren said it is going along as planned. <br /> Quandt ask if the ground water has gone down and Loren said they had to move the <br /> pumps lower and right now they are only running half of the pumps. He said he does <br /> not know how many wells there are. <br /> He has also ask the city for the permit numbers because they are need for the ARPA <br /> report but he has not received them yet. The report require a lot of details. <br /> Loren said he talked to Stacey about the ARPA reporting and went over the new <br /> proposed budget. He stated he did make some mistakes on the last report and they <br /> worked out how to correct them. These forms are more complex and need a lot of <br /> details. They made the corrections and are moving forward. <br /> Peterson ask if it was because the county received more money. <br /> Lancaster said to work with Stacey and Lutz. The CNRA was not under the lost <br /> revenue funds they used ARPA funds and they require more detail. She wants to be <br /> sure that Janet knows the program also there needs to be back up. She also noted that <br /> it is important that the numbers are correct. Loren said Jane is familiar with the program <br /> 3 <br />
