Quandt Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 13.FACILITIES —A) UPDATE REGARDING COURTHOUSE ROOF Mr. Humphrey <br /> stated that there was wind damage to the Courthouse roof it tore off the vents and tore <br /> holes in the rubber membrane Tri City has repaired that and he is waiting on <br /> Weathercraft to repair the shingles and they will have to replace the vent. The claim was <br /> turned into the NIRMA insurance. <br /> He also noted that there is an issue with water ponding on the edge of the roof. They <br /> want to make sure that the 20 year warranty is still good. He wants to make sure that <br /> the warranty will be good and then look at how it can be corrected. <br /> B) UPDATE ON CENTRAL NEBRASKA REGIONAL AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION <br /> SCHEDULE they met last week and ae owing to start on the dewatering. The discharge <br /> pipes are large and there was some erosion at the end of the pipes and they will take <br /> care of that. They are still working on a road closure plan. <br /> C) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING ARPA REIMBURSEMENT <br /> POLICY Mr. Humphrey stated there has to be a policy when funds go to other entities. <br /> He has worked with Lutz and Sarah just received it. There was discussion if they can <br /> use the same format for any sub recipient there will also be the Platte Valley Industrial <br /> Park project. <br /> Lancaster nod that item #6 regarding the City audit will be removed the audit is public <br /> information. <br /> Bredthauer said here is an interlocal agreement for the Platte Valley Industrial Park <br /> project and it will come to the county board. <br /> Discussion was held and this will come back April 26th <br /> E) HVAC UPDATE — Mr. Humphrey reported that they're looking ad different types of <br /> HVAC systems one system would require to run lines for the heat and cooling but if it <br /> would leak that would be a problem it would be an expensive 2 pipe system. The new <br /> boiler systems are much more efficient they are looking at options and may do a study. <br /> D) FACILITIES UPDATE - Mt Humphrey stated the new mower has come in. <br /> 4B) DISCUSSION & ACTION ON EMPLOYEE CATASTROPHIC LEAVE PROGRAM <br /> Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen stated she contracted Pam Bourne and did <br /> receive information back from her but has not been able to discuss this with her. There <br /> would need to be a committee to determine who would be eligible and Ms. Bourne <br /> mentioned having a small committee to address who would be approved for the <br /> requests. Sarah noted some of the items to address <br /> • To be eligible would have to be employed for 1 full year <br /> 10 <br />
