PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AMERICAN <br /> TOWERS - Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to open the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes <br /> and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Public Participation — Kim Dugan stted that and individual had requested to participate <br /> via Zoom but they did not participate. Mr. Humphrey proceeded <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated that this is a renewal for American Tower they currently own most <br /> of the towers in Hall County. There have been no complaints and they keep the <br /> location in good shape. <br /> Lancaster questioned how often he check the locations and Loren stated if he is out he <br /> will check them and when they come up for renewal he will go out and check to see if <br /> there are any issues and stated usually there are no issues.
