The Superintendent shall make a written report to the County Board within thirty days <br /> after the end of the fiscal year reflecting, for each transaction,the item sold, the name <br /> and address of the purchaser, and the total amount paid by the purchase for each item, <br /> and the auctioneer's fee if applicable. <br /> c. The money generated by any such sales, less the auctioneer's sales commissions if <br /> applicable, shall be payable to the County Treasurer for deposit into the Road Fund. <br /> (This section incorporates and replaces Hall County Resolution 02-0018.) <br /> (6) Prescribe the amount of cash deposit or bond to be submitted with a bid on a contract and <br /> the amount of deposit or bond to be given for the performance of a contract, if the amount <br /> of bond is not specifically provided by law; <br /> a. Unless otherwise required or prohibited by law, all bidders are to carry liability <br /> insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000.00 and provide proof to the county of <br /> such policy prior to providing services to, for, or on behalf of Hall County. <br /> (7) Prescribe the manner in which claims for personal property or services delivered to any <br /> department or agency of the county shall be submitted, approved, and paid. <br /> a. When the price has been established by the General Services Administration, the <br /> materiel division of the Department of Administrative Services, or there is a cooperative <br /> purchasing agreement, copies of such contracts or purchasing agreements must be <br /> provided to the County Clerk by attaching the information to the claim. (See <br /> NEB.REV.STAT. §23-3109) <br /> b. A copy of all informal bids must be attached to the claim and sent to the County Clerk. <br /> (8) Elected Officials must abide by the County Purchasing Act NEB.REV.STAT. §§23-3101 to 23- <br /> 3112 and other related state statutes. To the extent that any provision of this policy is <br /> inconsistent with state statute, state statute must be followed.
