Bredthauer, <br /> Hurt, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> The agreement with Merrick County was not on the agenda. There are 2 reasons for an executive session to protect the public interest <br /> and to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual.
