COMMITTEE AND BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - Bredthauer stated she attended the <br /> Regional Planning Commission meeting and there will be 64 housing units for the elderly by the <br /> new hospital. The old Engleman School is a micro blighted area and it will be torn down for <br /> future apartments. The Planning Commission also recommended to approve the conservation <br /> easement but there is some concern because the 52 acres get a large federal tax credit. <br /> Peterson ask about the new apartment complex and Karen said this will be apartments and <br /> town homes and will cover 210 acres. There was concern from Mr. Mullen regarding drainage <br /> for the area. <br /> Lancaster noted that this was also discussed when Tabitha was proposing to build in the same <br /> area. <br /> Peterson reported that the health board has had difficulty having a quorum to conduct their <br /> meetings. The people do not want to show up they hope this will be better in January. <br /> Lancaster called for any other reports. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chair Lancaster called for new or unfinished business and <br /> no one responded. <br /> Meeting adjourned.
