RESOLUTION NO OR/- 03(, RESOLUTION CALLING GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2015, DATE OF ORIGINAL ISSUE-SEPTEMBER 30,2015, FOR REDEMPTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Chairman and Board of Commissioners of The County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, (the "County") as follows: Section 1. That the following bonds of the County are hereby called for redemption on October 29, 2021: General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015, date of original issue-September 30, 2015, in the principal amount of One Million Two Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($1,245,000), becoming due and bearing interest as follows: Maturing December 15: Principal Amount: Interest Rate: CUSIP 2024 $1,245,000 2.2% 406027 CQ3 Said bonds are hereinafter referred to as the "Refunded Bonds." Said Refunded Bonds are subject to redemption at any time on or after September 30, 2020, at par and accrued interest to the date fixed for redemption. Said bonds were issued by the County for the purpose of advance refunding and defeasing the County's outstanding General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2011,and to pay the costs of issuance of the bonds. Section 2. Said bonds shall be presented for payment at the office of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as Paying Agent and Registrar (the "Paying Agent"). Section 3. A copy of this resolution shall be filed immediately with the Paying Agent, not less than thirty days prior to said date fixed for redemption. The Paying Agent is hereby directed to mail notice to all registered owners of the Bonds to be redeemed not less than thirty days prior to the date fixed for redemption in accordance with their authorizing resolution and to take all other actions deemed necessary in connection therewith.
