Sorensen stated that the taxes are $628.00 a year that county pays on the property this <br /> is only $124.00 more than the total bid. He also stted that the ground needs to be <br /> reseeded and requires some work to get a good crop. The tenant is responsible for the <br /> expenses according to the lease agreement and he stated they will be good tenants. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to accept the bid from M3 Hay & <br /> Cattle LLC. Discussion was held and Sorensen and Bredthauer amended the motion to <br /> authorize signing the lease agreement. Bredthauer, Hurst, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Lancaster and Quandt were absent for <br /> the vote. Motion carried. <br /> 16A) EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PUBLIC WORKS PERSONNEL —STEVE <br /> RIEHLE — Richardson made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive <br /> session. Peterson stated there are two reasons for an executive session to protect the <br /> public interest or to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no ne voted no. Lancaster and <br /> Quandt were absent for the vote.
