BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> HALL COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION#21- 0 34 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERMIT FOR THE CONDITIONAL USE OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT WOOD RIVER TWP,WHITE PINE SUB,LT 1 AND LT 2,ALL <br /> IN SECTION THIRTY TWO (32),TOWNSHIP TEN(10),RANGE ELEVEN(11)OF THE <br /> 6TH P.M.,HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Colby and Samantha Easterberg, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applicants," have made application for a conditional use permit for the conditional use of <br /> the following-described real estate, to wit: Wood River TWP, White Pine Sub, Lt 1 and Lt <br /> 2, in Section(32),Township Ten(10),Range Ten(11)West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br /> Nebraska("the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, said property is located within the R-1 Residential Zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bonsack Land LLC is the owner of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, Colby and Samantha Easterberg are under contract to purchase the <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have presented an application to the Hall County Board <br /> of Commissioners for use of the property as a place to live in a recreational vehicle while <br /> constructing a new home; and <br /> WHEREAS, conditional use permits may be limited by the Hall County Board in <br /> scope, duration, and terms; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 31, 2021, following due and proper notice, the Hall County <br /> Board of Commissioners held a public hearing upon said application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the evidence <br /> presented and the factors to be considered pursuant to the zoning regulations, the use of the <br /> aforesaid property for residing in a recreational vehicle while constructing a new home on <br /> the property is found to be consistent with the intent of the R-1 Residential Zone limitations, <br /> that such use will not adversely affect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered to <br /> permit such conditional use; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Commissioners hereby <br /> grants the Applicants a conditional use permit with a duration of two years to use the Property <br /> for residing in a recreational vehicle while constructing a new home SUBJECT TO THE <br /> FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS: <br />
