Lancaster said it will be the board members who are not up for reelection the committee <br /> will come back with recommendation. No action today. <br /> 5. 9:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR BLESSING PREMIER PROPERTY - Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer <br /> seconded to open the public hearing. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr... Humphrey stated that this is a renewal for Blessing Concrete for storing <br /> unprocessed old concrete and processing it to usable material. He said he did receive <br /> one phone call asking where the company is located. There have been no problems <br /> and the sites is in good condition. <br /> Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to close the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 7b APPROVE RESOLUTION #21 -031 — Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer <br /> seconded to approve Resolution #21-031 for the renewal of the condition use permit for <br /> Blessing Premier Property.
