Judge Doyle sent out a proposal that would keep them as county employees. <br /> Discussion was held if the county would have to pay the salaries and benefits. <br /> Discussion was held on when this might happened and Marty said he does not know. <br /> Bredthauer ask if we are the only county and Marty said we are the only county that is <br /> not a state agency. We were the first county drug court. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING UNION NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Hurst seconded to go into executive session regarding 15 <br /> Employee benefits and 9 Hiring practices Sheriff Conrad and 16 Union negotiations <br /> update. Lancaster stated there are two reasons for an executive session to protect the <br /> public interest or to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Richardson was not present.
