HALL COUNTY RESOLUTION # 2021- di.. <br /> ADOPTING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ON PROSSER SPUR S4OD <br /> Whereas: The State of Nebraska Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as <br /> the State" desires to improve the Prosser Spur under project number S400(107), and <br /> Whereas: Hall County, Nebraska desires to work with the State in allowing the use <br /> of county roads for a detour during construction on a State highway, and <br /> Whereas: The project will detour traffic to Barrows Road, 110th Road and Rosedale Road <br /> during the construction on Prosser Spur S40D, and <br /> Whereas: The State will maintain the County roads used for the detour while traffic is <br /> detoured off the State highway onto County roads, and <br /> Now Therefore Be It resolved: That the Board hereby approves the interlocal agreement <br /> with the State detouring traffic to county roads for construction work on the Prosser Spur S40D. <br /> Be It Further Resolved: That Pamela E.
