Loren <br /> stted it is beyond patching it needs to be replaced. <br /> Richardson stated that it needs to be done and they need to move forward to replace <br /> the judge's parking lot and get the information. <br /> Quandt stated they need to look at the options and questioned if it has to be up to city <br /> code, will they have to have setbacks or islands. It is a steep hill and they need to look <br /> at the grade. It needs to be done correctly. He ask if Steve could do the engineering. <br /> Bredthauer suggested by using the overlay we would have more spaces we do not want <br /> the lot to be smaller. <br /> Hurst suggested using the veteran's parking lot but Lancaster stated it is full there are <br /> not enough parking spaces there. <br /> Loren stated this is not a public parking lot it is a private lot so they should not have to <br /> address ADA parking spaces.
