Held executive session from 12:35 p.m.to12:40 p.m. Held item #7 Board of Equalization <br /> executive session. <br /> Adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting at 12:35 p.m. and returned to the regular <br /> meeting. <br /> 12:35 p.m. Quandt made a motion and Sorensen seconded to go out of the executive <br /> sessions. Lancaster stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken <br /> and no action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson <br /> and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 17A DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING PERFORMANCE <br /> EVALUATIONS - Richardson made a motion and Hurst seconded to present the <br /> performance evaluation to the employee. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no.
