Sorensen stated he agrees that it is reasonable and it makes sense to make it a multi- <br /> year deal. The ag market is competitive and it would be better to have bids for several <br /> years. Discussion was and it was suggested to also address the bids on the CAAP <br /> ground also. This would need to be on the May 25th agenda. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Richardson seconded to set the bid opening for the <br /> agricultural lease for July 20, 2021 with bids due July 16, 2021. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted <br /> no. Motion carried. <br /> The bid opening or the CAAP ground could also be addressed in July this will be on the <br /> May 25, 2021 agenda to also address the bid opening for the CAAP ground. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Bredthauer stated she attended <br /> the Regional Planning meeting they addressed the Dobesh Elevator Subdivision plat <br /> and there also may be a request for some zoning changes. There was also a safety <br /> committee meeting at the Road Department and here will be some CPR training, <br /> railroad training and then they will be in compliance. She also had a Region III meeting. <br /> Lancaster mentioned a company U Beak I Fix It they do a good job. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session <br /> regarding the following. Lancaster stated there are 2 reasons for an executive session <br /> to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual and to protect the public interest. <br /> 16.
