Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 10 D) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ALLOWING THE USE OF STATE BIDDING <br /> REGULATIONS FOR IT SECURITY UPGRADE - Quandt made a motion and <br /> Bredthauer seconded to allow the use of the state bidding regulation for the IT security <br /> upgrade. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 15. APPROVE THE REGULAR CLAIMS — Peterson made a motion and Bredthauer <br /> seconded to approve the regular claims. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Quandt abstained. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COMMITTEE BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Bredthauer attended the Region III <br /> meeting and she was ask to be on the Behavioral Health Advisory Committee and will <br /> be serving on that committee. <br /> Peterson attended the EDC Advisory Board, the mayor Jerry Janulewicz and Mike <br /> Olsen with the Airport were there. Mr. Olsen stated that boarding in February were way <br /> up and he reported that there was 93% capacity on some flights. <br /> Richardson reported that Stuhr Museum had an increase in the admissions because of <br /> the nice weather. They have opened the classes and there has been a good response. <br /> Quandt thanked Pam for the report on the radio regarding Jack Wilson. Nebraska is <br /> watching what is happening. The hearing is scheduled for April 16th and there is a <br /> 9 <br />
