RESOLUTION#21- C.) (i 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HALL COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO APPLY <br /> FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br /> WHEREAS, THERE ARE FISCAL YEARS 2021 through 2023 federal funds available under <br /> Section 5311 of the Federal Transit Act and for the Nebraska Public Transportation Assistance <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hall County Public Transportation desires to apply for said funds to provide public <br /> transportation in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Commissioners hereby <br /> instructs Hall County Public Transportation to apply for said funds. Said funds are to be used <br /> for Hall County Public Transportation's transportation operations in the FY 2021 —2023 5311 <br /> Funding Application for Public Transportation Operating Assistance. <br /> BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes <br /> the Chairman of the Hall County Board of Commissioners to sign said application for Public <br /> Transportation Operating Assistance. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event Public Transportation Assistance is awarded as <br /> a result of the aforementioned Application, the Hall County Board of Commissioners hereby <br /> agrees to provide matching funds up to and including $16,493.00.
