Peterson made a motion and Quandt <br /> seconded to go out of executive session. Lancaster stated that no other subjects were <br /> discussed no votes were taken and no action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> There was no action taken from the executive session. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION BOARD OF EQUALIZATION — Quandt made a motion and <br /> Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session. There are 2 reason for an executive <br /> session to protect the public interest and to prevent needless harm or injury to an <br /> individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11:30 a.m. executive session <br /> 11:50 a.m. Peterson made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive <br /> session. . Lancaster stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken <br /> and no action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Quandt was absent for the vote. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Peterson stated he attended the <br /> Central District Health board meeting. He expressed concern that there some issues <br /> and there are a group of people that are trying to get the director fired. This was <br /> because some students were order to quarantine and there was resistance to wearing <br /> masks. He stated some of the information is not consistent. He stated that the vaccine <br /> clinics ae going well. Lancaster state the clinic are ran well. <br /> Lancaster stated that Mr. Humphrey called and they met at the Courthouse regarding <br /> the painting project. There is some paint peeling. She noted that the scaffolding cost <br /> $40,000 to put up. She said there is a gold glaze that is on the paint and there is <br /> concern on the glazing where the sprinklers come out. The caps on the sprinklers <br /> match the paint but they cannot glaze the caps so the caps will not match. They are <br /> trusting his judgement and they don't think you will be able to see it. <br /> Sorensen state he attended the transit meeting the ridership went up even with COVID <br /> and they need additional funding. <br /> 11 <br />
