Finding 2020-#2 addresses internal control regarding cash account reconciliations with <br /> the register of deeds <br /> Finding #2020-#3 addresses regarding revenue management between the Assessor <br /> and Treasurer's office <br /> Finding 2020 - #4 address that the county uses it auditors to provide assistance <br /> preparing its year-end financial statements <br /> Page 54 addresses the corrective action regarding the findings. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve and place the 2020 audit <br /> on file. <br /> Lancaster stated the board appreciates Brad and Kayla's assistance. <br /> Peterson noted that with Brad leaving they appreciate that they have been actively <br /> working on the transition. The budget and financial part have been kept separate and <br /> she will take over what Brad has been doing and someone else will be doing the <br /> financials. <br /> Lancaster stated she talked to Stacey and she looks forward working with Kayla she will <br /> be zooming in on the budget meetings. <br /> The vote on the motion to place the audit on file was taken Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted <br /> no. Motion carried. <br /> 16. APPROVE BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS - Quandt made a motion and Peterson <br /> seconded to approve the bi weekly pay claims. The vote on the motion to place the <br /> audit on file was taken Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 17. APPROVE REGULAR CLAIMS — Quandt made a motion and Sorensen seconded <br /> to approve the regular claims except for the claim from Senior Citizens Grand <br /> Generation Center. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Peterson made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve the claim from Senior <br /> Citizens Grand Generation Center. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson <br /> and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Quandt abstained. Motion carried. <br /> 15. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING ASSESSOR'S SOFTWARE SYSTEM <br /> (B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING ASSESSOR'S OFFICE <br /> SOFTWARE Bredthauer made a motion and Sorensen second to go into executive <br /> session.
