Todd stated he has $10,000.00 in the jail security line and he also has other funds in the <br /> budget to cover this. <br /> 16. EXECUTIVE SESSION MENTAL HEALTH HEARINGS <br /> 18. EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session <br /> regarding #16 mental health hearings and also #18 personnel. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted <br /> no. Motion carried. There are two reasons for an executive session to prevent <br /> needless harm or injury to an individual or to protect the public interest. <br /> 16. EXECUTIVE SESSION MENTAL HEALTH HEARINGS — Held executive session <br /> from 10:49 a.m. to 11:18 a.m. <br /> 18. EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL — Held executive session from 11:18 a.m. to <br /> 11:50 a.m. <br /> Gary Quandt was excused from the meeting at 11:45 a.m. <br /> 11:51 a.m. Bredthauer made a motion and Hurst seconded to go out of executive <br /> session. Lancaster stated there were no other subjects discussed no votes were taken <br /> and no action was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. Quandt was absent for the vote. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 19. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING PERSONNEL— Sorensen <br /> made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to remove the authority of the foreman at the <br /> Road Department to take a pickup home but to allow the foreman that is on call to take <br /> a pickup home in the event of an emergency. This will be effective March 3, 2021. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Quandt was absent for the vote. Motion carried. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Richardson seconded to allow Scott Sorensen to sit in <br /> with Steve regarding personnel issues at the Road Department. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Quandt was absent for the vote. Motion carried. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Richardson seconded to allow the personnel committee <br /> and Scott Sorensen will meet with the department head regarding these motions. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Quandt was absent for the vote. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Bredthauer reported that there are <br /> members going off of the College Park Board and they are taking applications and will <br /> 8 <br />
