Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen requested to wait on the executive session and <br /> address it in 2 weeks. <br /> 17. EXECUTIVE SESSION - DISCUSSION & CONSIDERATION OF REAL ESTATE <br /> PURCHASE 2510 SOUTH NORTH ROAD - Peterson made a motion and Richardson seconded <br /> to go into executive session. Discussion was held and this would be to protect the public <br /> interest regarding the real estate negotiations. <br /> Lancaster questioned if the county was going to move forward regarding this. Sarah stated that <br /> strategy regarding real estate could be in executive session. Quandt also stated he is not in <br /> favor of moving to this location it is not any better and expressed concern on the county <br /> valuations. <br /> Peterson stated that strategy regarding real property should not be public. Lancaster expressed <br /> concern regarding the budget issues. <br /> Richardson stated she would like to look at and move forward. <br /> Hartman stated they should talk about it. <br /> The vote on the executive session was taken. Hartman, Hurst, Peterson and Richardson all <br /> voted yes and Bredthauer, Lancaster and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11:40 A.M. executive session <br /> 12:05 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Nor other subject were discussed no votes were taken and no action was taken. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> No action regarding the executive session. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Richardson noted the continuity of operations that was <br /> sent by Jon Rosenlund and noted the county board should also fill this out. Kim is working on <br /> that form. <br /> Hartman noted that he attend the Weed Board meeting and they will not need any seasonal <br /> help. He also stated they need to look at a bucket truck some time. <br /> Lancaster noted the claim from Middleton Electric for $3,250.00 and ask if the county electrician <br /> could have done this. Mr. Riehle stated they had to dig a trench to connect it so she would not <br /> have been able to do that. <br /> Lancaster called for any other new or unfinished business and no one responded.
