Richardson reported on the Stuhr Museum they are going to keep Railroad Town open <br /> after Labor Day and continue to keep it open to generate more revenue. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Quandt said there was a letter regarding hunting <br /> close to the city limits. Hurst said people can still hunt there. <br /> Bredthauer stated that the planning commission tried to address this 7 years ago and <br /> they tried to clean up the city limit lines and it did not happen they had people standing <br /> out the door on this issue. It did o go through. <br /> 13. EXECUTIVE SESSION —ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION — Quandt <br /> made motion and Bredthauer seconded to go onto executive session regarding him <br /> performance evaluation. Lancaster stated there are 2 reasons for an executive session <br /> to protect the public interest or to prevent needless ham or injury to an individual. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes <br /> and no one voted no Motion carried. <br /> 11:16 a.m. executive session <br /> 11:19 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive <br /> session. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all <br /> voted yes and no one voted no Motion carried. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to resent the performance evaluation <br /> to the employee. There were no other subject discussed no votes were taken and no <br /> action was taken.
