Richardson ask why the state bids have to come to the county board. Discussion was <br /> held on the county purchasing policy and it states anything over $5,000.00 comes to the <br /> county board. <br /> Richardson stated that the state bids are contracts and questioned if it is necessary. <br /> The vote to approve the consent agenda items was taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no.
