This shows voices can be heard. <br /> Richardson reminded everyone about the "Go Big Give" and also noted that Stuhr has a <br /> campaign for "Cash for Cabins" they need the donations. <br /> Hartman reported that the Doniphan project is almost completed and they are under <br /> budget and under the proposed project completion date. The people are pleased and <br /> this seems to have done a lot of good. <br /> Mr. Riehle stated that they replaced a culvert on Wood River Road west of Highway 11. <br /> They found a hole but they were able to keep the road open and repair the culvert. <br /> There was also another culvert that had connecting bands and it also was replaced. <br /> NIRMA has encouraged the inspection of culverts. <br /> Bredthauer ask about the diamond grinding on Wood River Road and if that has been <br /> finished. <br /> Steve stated that JILL had a sub contract and the company was supposed to do the <br /> work but they stated that it was too hot now to do it. One company did not have the <br /> right equipment. Steve has provided they with a list of areas that need to be ground <br /> and they need to get this lined up to get it done. There will be 3 patches on this road <br /> now. <br /> Steve handed out a copy of the Tire clean up ad that will be on July 25th. They are <br /> limited to 200 tons and they have to limit the amount each person brings. <br /> Lancaster noted a letter from Magellan Health and read the letter informing employees <br /> that there may have been a breach on some personal information. Employees have <br /> received letters regarding this. <br /> 26. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING RECENT ROAD SAFETY <br /> ISSUES AND PERSONNEL & POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION (CARSTENSEN) <br /> Added 7-6-20 8:52 a.m. — Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen read a letter from <br /> Cecilia Koch regarding a motor vehicle accident involving her husband Bryce Ms. Koch <br /> expressed her concerns. <br /> Mr. Riehle reviewed the details of the accident and noted that they did not have any <br /> emergency contact information for their employees. This is something that needs to be <br /> addressed. <br /> Peterson suggested that there should be emergency contact information and it should be <br /> updated to keep it current. Some of this information would be confidential. <br /> 9 <br />
