Lancaster stated that no other subjects were discussed no action was taken <br /> and no votes were taken. COUNTY ATTORNEY— DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON REPLACEMENT <br /> OF HALL COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF POSITION — County <br /> Attorney Marty Klein informed the board that they have a staff member that is no longer <br /> working and he is asking the Board to fill that support staff position. <br /> Hartman made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the replacement of the <br /> County attorney support staff position. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO <br /> EQUIPMENT & IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND AND BUILDING AND LAND FUND <br /> AS PER AUDIT COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS —the audit committee et <br /> regarding the requested transfer to equipment & improvement ad building and land <br /> funds. The request were reviewed and approved. <br /> Lancaster noted that the request from the Road Department was a contract agreement <br /> and this will have to be paid. Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to <br /> approve the equipment and Improvement and the building ad land transfer requests. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING MOVING WALL AT THE <br /> FEDERAL BUILDING & DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON INFORMAL <br /> PROPOSALS - Mr. Humphrey stated there is a request to move a wall in the Federal <br /> Building and expressed concern that he is short staffed and with the extra <br /> responsibilities if they would have time to demo the wall and put it back up before the <br /> courts will need to use the rooms. He would rather that this be contracted to make sure <br /> it will be finished. He is bringing it back to the board. There is a lot of cable to be <br /> removed and he is working with IT to install the new cabling. He did request 3 quotes <br /> for this project. <br /> Sheriff Conrad was present and stated his department has been helping with the <br /> opening but will need building and grounds to help in the future. It has been going well. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Peterson seconded to inform the informal quotes. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes <br /> and none voted no.
