Quandt made a motion for approval to close the Home Federal Bank Drug Forfeiture <br /> account. Bredthauer seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 15 COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS —Bredthauer stated that Regional <br /> planning commission that with the weather in hall county at this point not doing a lot of <br /> projects on planning commission. <br /> Bredthauer stated that at the Extension board meeting there are a few new rules on <br /> how hall county fair will take place. <br /> Lancaster stated that the city is looking at budget and Jon will come and go over with <br /> Board for emergency management <br /> 18. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON CLAIM FROM LEE GRAHAM <br /> & DISCUSSION ON SALES TAX ON CLAIMS —Bredthauer read the claim submitted by <br /> Lee Graham. He wanted County to reimburse payment for his phone that was lost <br /> during his incarceration. <br /> Hurst made a motion to deny the claim for Lee Graham's phone reimbursement. <br /> Richardson second the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 21. COMMUNICATIONS — none on file <br /> 22. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING OPENING THE HALL COUNTY <br /> BUILDINGS & GUIDELINES-Peterson stated that all county buildings will be open to <br /> the public June 15, 2020. <br /> Peterson made a motion for all County Buildings to be open back up to the public June <br /> 15, 2020, Hurst seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> Peterson stated this pertains to the Offices and not the Park. The Park does not need to <br /> open yet. <br /> Peterson stated guidelines for social distancing and six foot distancing need to be <br /> worked out yet. <br /> Hartman made a motion and Bredthauer seconded the motion to allow Peterson and <br /> Lancaster to work with other county officials and allow authority for guidelines for <br /> opening the buildings. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and <br /> Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br />
