UPDATE ON BUILDING & GROUNDS DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE THAT <br /> HAS BEEN ON UNPAID LEAVE REGARDING WELLNESS/ABILITY TO DO <br /> THE JOB —moved to executive session at end of meeting <br /> 6. 9:30 A.M. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CENSUS AND <br /> REDISTRICTING (QUANDT) Quandt stated that individuals in the past are <br /> doing what the census needs <br /> Chad Nabity stated that the numbers will be delivered December 31, 2020 to the <br /> President, and that it is very important that everyone do a census form. He also <br /> stated that local numbers probably would not be until January or February, he <br /> said that Wards will have to their own as well as villages. Chad stated City and <br /> County need to work together to minimize the split ballets February next year <br /> thru December 1. Mr. Nabity also stated that with technology changing that it <br /> would be easier than in the past to determine boundries and lines, he stated GIS <br /> can do this. By minimizing split ballets would help the cost of election he stated. <br /> 7. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING RESOLUTION FOR <br /> SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR DRUG COURT—Hurst stated there was an <br /> individual whom wanted to purchase this vehicle from surplus property, they <br /> just wanted to make sure County Board approved this sale for $425.00 <br /> Hurst made a motion for board to approve the sale Quandt seconded the motion, <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Quandt, Lancaster, Peterson and Richardson all <br /> voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 8. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING LAND RENT FROM <br /> RAINFORTH (QUANDT) <br /> Quandt made motion for $10,000.00 Hurst seconded the motion. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 9. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING HALL COUNTY <br /> SIGNAGE — COVID-19 —HALL COUNTY BUILDINGS/PARKING LOTS <br /> (QUANDT)Quandt stated he Carstensen is working on signage to put up in the <br /> Administration and County Attorney parking lots <br /> Richardson questioned what the sign would say? <br /> Carstensen stated it would say no trespassing and that lots were under <br /> surveillance to discourage parking lots being used as a skate park or bicycles <br /> she stated she would add something regarding skate boarding and bicycles. <br />
