12 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION REGARDING SECURITY WINDOW AT PUBLIC <br /> WORKS.-Lancaster stated that her and Hartman had discussed the security window. <br /> They discussed how many public walk in's they would have verses the cost. She stated <br /> the cost was pretty expensive. Lancaster stated they have very minimal traffic in that <br /> office and can't justify spending that much money on the window. Lancaster said maybe <br /> looking at less expensive options. <br /> Bredthauer questioned if they had looked at plexy glass options? <br /> Quandt made a motion to look at less expensive options and getting more estimates or <br /> different alternatives. Bredthauer seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 13 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION REGARDING OPENING HALL COUNTY BUILDING <br /> TO PRE-COVID OPERATION-Lancaster stated there is a directive from the Governor <br /> and zoom meetings will not be allowed after July 1, 2020. <br /> Discussion was held regarding what other buildings were doing and how each <br /> departments might vary. <br /> Hurst made a motion to open Administration building June 15, 2020 Richardson <br /> seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and <br /> Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 14 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION REGARDING COUNTY COURT LOCATION TO <br /> INSURE SOCIAL DISTANCING-Lancaster stated the County Court's first choice is still <br /> the Federal Building. She stated the Dist. Court has chosen not to use the Federal <br /> Building. <br /> Carstensen stated that Federal building is more suited for County Court Jury's for <br /> helping with the social distancing. She stated they have discussed ways to get <br /> computer system set up in multiple rooms. She stated the elevator still needs to be <br /> certified. She stated they are working with CCC as well to see what options may be <br /> available out there. <br /> 15 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON COMMISSIONERS MEETINGS SOCIAL <br /> DISTANCING NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE BOARD ROOM ETC. <br /> BEGINNING WITH FIRST MEETING IN JULY-Lancaster questioned if board was <br /> comfortable taking advantage of the zoom meetings until July. <br /> Peterson stated that makes sense to do zoom through June. <br /> Hurst stated that if we are opening the building on June 15, 2020 then June 9th, 2020 <br /> should be the last zoom meeting and be back to normal meetings come June 23, 2020. <br />
