The vast majority of persons served participate in multiple services due to the <br /> complexity of their behavioral health needs. <br /> • 90% were adults <br /> • 10% were youth <br /> Of the $14,148,240 expended in FY2019 <br /> • 90.65% or was expended on Services <br /> • 4.89% or $691,947 on System Coordination <br /> • 3.74% or $529,026 on Regional Administration <br /> • 0.72% or $101,979 on System Enhancements <br /> FY20 Hall County Match <br /> During FY2019 2,350 individuals from Hall County were served through a variety of behavioral health <br /> services. Based on the average per person cost of services, the estimated cost to serve Hall County <br /> individuals and families was approximately $5,745,750 in FY19. Hall County comprises 26.7% of <br /> Region 3's population and in FY19 40.6% of the total served in Region 3 were from Hall County. <br /> Please refer to page 3 for details.
