16 B DISCUSS AND APPROVE TO WORK WITH IT DEPARTMENT TO CREATE A <br /> LINK ON HALL COUNTY'S WEBSITE FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY-Hall County Clerk <br /> Deputy Shanda Conley spoke to this and just asked that the commissioners approve <br /> the Clerk Marla Conley, herself and Kim Dugan to work with IT to help get documents <br /> on an Intra site that will be for only employees for communication purposes for health <br /> insurance info, payroll info, handbook info, just a place to put stuff on line for our <br /> employees to see so there is better communication for them. <br /> Quandt made a motion to approve Bredthauer seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 24 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON MAY 12TH 2020 BOARD OF COMMISSIONER'S <br /> MEETING —Lancaster stated that May 12th is election day and Election Commissioner <br /> Tracy Overstreet would like to use the board room and be able to get in there sooner, <br /> Lancaster stated that what would board prefer no meeting? or only absolute need be <br /> stuff put on agenda? <br /> Quandt made a motion to cancel the May 12, 2020 board of commissioners meeting so <br /> election can use the board room, Bredthauer seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Hartman, Quandt, Lancaster, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 11 DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION REGARDING THE HALL COUNTY HEALTH <br /> INSURANCE RENEWAL-Matt Wullenwaber with Mid America went over the analysis <br /> sheet and reassurance and renewal information. <br /> Matt stated his recommendation to the County would be based on size and plan and <br /> underlining total risk best option for county would do the 75 thousand specific renewal. <br /> Richardson made a motion to approve the renewal with Berkely and increase the <br /> specific from 65 to 75 thousand Peterson seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, and Richardson all voted yes and none voted <br /> no. Motion Carried. <br /> Lancaster stated how this will be funded will be looked at next meeting. <br /> 18 COMMITTEE BOARD MEMBER REPORTS <br /> Bredthauer stated she had zoom meeting with College Park and that they are being <br /> careful with budget right now, and putting projects on hold. <br /> 7 EXECUTIVE SESSION 3 EMPLOYE ANNUAL REVIEW-Item was pulled off the <br /> agenda. <br /> 8 TAKE ACTION TO PRESENT THE REVIEWS TO THE EMPLOYEES —Quandt made <br /> a motion Bredthauer seconded to present to employees.
