Page I3 <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Buildings and Grounds Committee <br /> Mr. Oshlo reported, <br /> Roof status: <br /> Pinnacle Contractors are done except for the Lesher Porch which needs warmer weather. <br /> We have withheld money until that is paid. <br /> Road on grounds: <br /> With the wet season then freezing and thawing, the roads have bottomed out and need <br /> some care. Foundation allowed maintenance to use some funds from the storm damage <br /> grant to use to purchase some gravel to help. This spring the roads will need more <br /> gravel. <br /> Heber Valley Railroad <br /> Last month shortly after the board meeting the President and Mechanical officer from <br /> Heber Valley called to say they were only interested in the sleeper car. Mr. Hochstetler and Mr. <br /> Oshlo will have conversation with Heber Valley and work with them. <br /> Search Committee <br /> Mrs. Martin thanked the search committee for so much work they put into with ending in a good <br /> place. She was sorry Mrs. Worthington was absent to let her know how much it was appreciated <br /> for the lovely reception she had at her home for the board and Mr. Hochstetler. <br /> Education <br /> Mrs. Cynova reported that Summer classes are set. The catalog should be on-line this week. <br /> And a big thank you to Ms. Karen Buettner for the phenomenal work she did to get the summer <br /> catalog done and on the Museum website. Members registration opens March 7th and public <br /> registration opens March 21. Board had some questions about the summer classes and the <br /> operations and Ms. Buettner and Mrs. Cynova addressed them. <br /> STUHR MUSEUM FOUNDATION <br /> AFD <br /> • Fiscal year 2020 support provided is at$337,924. Last year's support was $276,780. Fiscal <br /> year 2020 gifts total$366,010 from 295 donors with$37,237 outstanding pledges. <br /> Marketing <br /> • IdeaBank is in the process of designing our multi-year Annual Fund Drive Campaign— <br /> Pioneering Possibilities. <br /> • Collaborating with Tally on deployment of social media marketing for the first half of the <br /> year. <br /> • Updating internal marketing pieces such as bench memorial application,AFD appeal letter <br /> and proposal design. <br /> Events <br /> • Farm to Table - Chef recruited—Jenna Caczor, Medina Street Vault, of Cairo. Menu <br /> complete, Vendor recruitment underway. Jenna and her family will do the serving. <br />
