5(e) DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON ADDENDUM TO THE JAIL MEDICAL <br /> SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ACH-Bahensky stated one of the liability limits was not <br /> consistent with what it should have been to be in line with what NIRMA wants. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion to sign the addendum to medical services for the jail, <br /> Peterson seconded. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson all voted yes, <br /> none voted no. Hartman and Richardson absent. Motion Carried. <br /> 12:11 pm Regular board meeting back in session <br /> 13 COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS —Hurst noted that midlands area on <br /> aging meals were shut down, but they were trying to get meals delivered or available for <br /> pick up in their drive thru. <br /> Bredthauer stated that she had a planning commission meeting last week regarding the <br /> Vets property and the way the state statue is written it can't go to private individual, so it <br /> will go through the CRA, the CRA will sign it and then two minutes later It would go over <br /> to White Lodus and DLR and all the rest of them.
