Mr. Humphrey stated he did call the D.E.E and they did an <br /> inspection out there, he has not received the report on that yet, he will get a copy, but in <br /> talking with the gentleman that did inspection he thought everything looked good as far <br /> as the lagoon, the liners fine didn't seem to be any seepage. Humphrey stated that the <br /> only thing he brought up with Pilot were some concerns about the amount of trash that <br /> was around the facility and around the property lines, they assured they would get it <br /> cleaned up on that day, he did go back at a later date and they had cleaned it up. <br /> Quandt made a motion Bredthauer seconded to approve Resolution #20-64 for the <br /> conditional use permit for Pilot Travel; Center Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and <br /> Peterson all voted yes none voted no. Hartman and Richardson were absent. Motion <br /> Carried. <br />
