Just because it is for sale we do not need to buy if for $900,000. He stated that it is <br /> not big enough to hold all of the equipment anyway. <br /> Lancaster noted that they should consider both issues and does not want to spend the money <br /> but the board needs to decide. If we consider moving they need to look at replacing the HVAC. <br /> Peterson stated they need to discuss the other issue and make a decision.
