DISCUSSION CONCERNING BOARD COMMUNICATIONS & ACTIONS — Richardson noted that Friday January 24th there was a press conference regarding the train issues. Four of the board members were aware of it but the rest of the board found out in the newspaper and the County Attorney. Butch Dick and Jane were not told she was in the building and ask if this was an oversite and wanted to bring attention to this. Lancaster stated that the idea of the press conference to make every effort that the public was aware that the public Service Commission was meeting. They wanted to have people come and testify at the hearing. Richardson noted it would be nice to receive the same information. 9
