9:05 A.M. Held a Board of Equalization meeting. <br /> 9:36 a.m. Adjourned he Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular meeting. <br /> 5. COUNTY ATTORNEY— 9:15 A.M. BID OPENING PROSECUTOR CASE MANAGEMENT <br /> SOFTWARE —Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to open the bids for the <br /> prosecutor case management. <br /> Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen provided the board members with an e mail from a <br /> vendor stating he did not have enough time to submit a proposal. Mr. Klein stated he was not <br /> familiar with the vendor and looked at the top 15 list of vendors and the firm was not on the list. <br /> Discussion was held and the county received 2 bids. Richardson stated the bid opening should <br /> not be held up for 1 vendor. Mr. Klein agreed to open the 2 bids that were received. <br /> Vote on the motion to open the bids. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson <br /> and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. He stated that if the county board is interested he could arrange a remote <br /> demonstration regarding the software. <br /> Lancaster stated that it is important that the County Attorney is satisfied with the software. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to accept the bids and come back in 2 weeks <br /> with a recommendation. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and <br /> Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 3.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING RESOLUTION CREATING STATE <br /> VETERANS CEMETARY IN HALL COUNTY - Don Shuda was present and read the Resolution <br /> #20—020 creating a state veterans veteran's cemetery in Hall County. <br /> 3 <br />
