Applicant will not store unincorporated animal material or similar components (for example, high nitrogen materials) on site for more than 48 hours. Applicant will only accept animal materials for which blood and fat/grease components have been separated and removed prior to delivery. Applicant shall track materials and composition of windrows and make such records available to the County upon request. Travel Conditions: Applicant will ensure suppliers will limit east/west travel with loaded truck to Husker Highway between the western Hall County line to Highway 11 and between Highway 11 and the city limits of Grand Island,Nebraska. Temporary alternate routes may be sought by the applicant and approved by the Hall County Highway Superintendent/County Engineer Applicant shall consult with Hall County Highway Superintendent/County Engineer for routing deliveries of outgoing compost products. Nuisance Conditions: Applicant will develop and implement a fly control plan to minimize flies. Applicant will provide such plan upon request along with records of compliance. Compliance/Oversight: Applicant agrees to allow county officials to physically review and inspect the site at least four times per year. Applicant acknowledges that failure to comply with the conditions of this permit may result in withdrawal of permission to operate at this location.
