The dewatering well pipe is broken and they <br /> are to clean out the ditch. <br /> Steve noted that they may have the snow plows out this week moving snow. <br /> Bredthauer noted that Mr. Baxter had a good idea regarding the motor grader reports and the <br /> grave and culvert reports. Steve stated that Bailey looked on the GIS software and there is a <br /> way to track that work they did not know this program was there. <br /> 13. APPROVE BIWEEKLY PAY CLAIMS AND REGULAR CLAIMS - Quandt made a motion <br /> and Peterson seconded to approve the biweekly pay claims and regular claims. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peteson and Richardson all voted yes ad none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4. B) EXECUTIVE SESSION — CWA GRIEVANCES DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION — <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session regarding the <br /> CWA grievance. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peteson and Richardson all <br /> voted yes ad none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12:10 p.m. executive session <br /> 12:27 p.m. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Lancaster stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was <br /> taken. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peteson and Richardson all voted yes <br /> and none voted no.
